At Thermaltake, we stand by the quality of our high-performance PC hardware and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate RMA Request

  Visit the Thermaltake Support portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by providing your order details and reason for return.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the item in its original packaging including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure the product is protected during transit and eligible for a refund.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly mark your assigned RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package to our designated service center using a trackable shipping method.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement unit within 7-10 business days.
